Grooming Terms and Conditions:
- Appointment Booking
To ensure prompt service, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Walk-in customers will be accommodated based on availability.
- Personal belongings
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before dropping it off at Robertson Prestige for grooming. This includes removal of car seats. Robertson Prestige will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are clearly stated on our website and at our Dealership. We accept cash, credit/debit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Payment is due at the time of the groom. Note all prices are subject to change and may vary according to size and overall condition of the vehicle. Extra charges may apply for vacuuming excess amounts of dog hair, sand etc. An additional charge is made for some 4x4s and vans.
- Cancelling and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or specific requirements related to their vehicle during the appointment booking. Robertson Prestige will not be held liable or any pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed by the customer.
- Completion Time
The duration of our services may vary depending on the specific package and the condition of the vehicle.
- Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, Robertson Prestige will not be held liable for any damage or loss to the vehicle arising from unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.
