Firstly, please let me start by saying that our thoughts go out to everyone in our community right now, as we try and navigate our way through these particularly trying and difficult times.
As is the case with most businesses in NZ right now, we will be closed from Wednesday 25th March, until further notice. We will make every attempt to keep you all updated with any developments regarding when we are allowed to re-open but in the meantime, our focus is ensuring our staff are safe and to press home the importance of following the Governments mandate around self-isolation. If there ever was a time to do as we are told, it’s now.
Staff will check their emails periodically, our social channels are open and our website will continue to remain current and up to date with any relevant news and contact details so we can support essential services. On this matter, as vehicles are an integral part of ensuring the mobility of those within the essential services sector, our Service Department will be available for emergency repairs and breakdowns over the next four weeks. If you fall into this category and do require emergency assistance please phone the dealership on 06 353 0605 for further instruction. Obviously we have to be able to justify any work we undertake to the authorities and also allow our service team to isolate so please understand we will be asking questions to ensure we comply.
This is a time where we all need to pull together, look after one another, stay in touch and stay connected. Let’s all do our bit and I really look forward to when things start to return back to normal and we can warmly welcome you back into the dealership.
